Welcome to our car rental service! To ensure a smooth and pleasant experience, please take note of the following guidelines:

Rental Requirements

• Drivers must be at least 21 years old (or as specified for certain vehicle types) and possess a valid driver’s license.

• For international customers, an International Driving Permit (IDP) may be required in addition to your home country’s license.

Booking and Payment

• Reservations can be made online or in-store.

• We accept major credit cards for payment. A deposit may be required during vehicle pick-up.

Vehicle Collection and Return

• Please present your passport, driver’s license, and reservation details when picking up the vehicle.

• Vehicles should be returned on time and with the agreed fuel level. Late returns may incur additional charges.

• Business hours: 10:00-20:00
  (If you return or pick up the car outside of business hours, please contact customer service in advance. A surcharge will also be charged.)

Insurance and Coverage

Car Rental Insurance Terms

• Basic Insurance: The rental includes basic insurance, covering third-party liability and vehicle damage, limited to specific drivers.

• Driver Information: Only drivers registered with the insurance are covered. Unregistered drivers are not eligible for claims.

• Accident Reporting: In the event of an accident, notify the rental company and insurance provider immediately, providing necessary reports and police records. (Except for vehicle liability compensation, all other compensation can be covered without upper limit of compensation, exemption from liability.)

• Deductibles: Customers are responsible for the deductible amount specified in the agreement in case of damage or accidents.

• Additional Insurance: Optional additional insurance, such as Collision Damage Waiver (CDW), can be purchased to reduce financial risks.

• Exclusions: Insurance is void in cases of illegal driving, drunk driving, or violations of rental terms. All losses will be borne by the customer.

• In case of emergencies or accidents, please contact our customer service immediately.

• Follow local traffic laws and road regulations.

Cleaning and Maintenance

• Vehicles are provided clean and in good condition. Customers are expected to return them in a similar state.

Insurance Requires Driver Information

• Our insurance coverage applies only to registered drivers who have provided their information.

• If the person driving the vehicle has not submitted their details, the insurance will be invalid.

• In the event of an accident involving an unregistered driver, all costs and liabilities will be borne solely by the renter.

• Therefore, please ensure that the information of all individuals who will be driving the rental vehicle is provided to us in advance to avoid affecting insurance claims and your rights.
