   入住須知｜Important Notes

  • 入住請填寫“入住表格”
    Please fill out the“ check-in form”

  • 全館禁菸（含陽台），違者罰金¥50,000
    No smoking anywhere inside the apartment, including the balcony. Fine: ¥50,000

  • 禁止攜帶寵物
    No pets allowed

  • 入室請脫鞋
    Please remove your shoes indoors

  • 晚間10點至早上7點請保持安靜
    Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 7:00 AM

  • 請勿在門外、大樓周圍大聲喧嘩
    Please avoid loud conversation in hallways or around the building

  • 離開時請務必關閉電器、空調、瓦斯與水源
    Turn off all power, gas, water, and air conditioning before leaving

  • 嚴禁人不在時讓空調或電器持續運作
    Do not leave devices running unattended

  • 入住時間：15:00起／退房時間：11:00前
    Check-in: after 3 PM / Check-out: before 11 AM

  • 退房後不可寄存行李
    No luggage storage after check-out

  • 毛巾按人數提供，不依住宿天數計算
    Towels are provided based on guest count, not nights stayed

  • 不提供調味品或任何食材
    No condiments or food provided for hygiene reasons

  • 如有損壞或遺失，需全額賠償
    Guests will be charged for damages or missing items

  • 如遇緊急或衛生問題，工作人員可進入房內處理
    Staff may enter for emergencies or hygiene concerns

  • 入住後取消預訂不予退款
    No refund after check-in

   入住方式｜Check-in

採用自助式入住，請依屋主提供的導航或地圖軟件前往並自行取鎖匙。
根據所利用車站不同，步行時間有所差異，第一次拖行李可能需多花幾分鐘。

Self check-in. Please follow the directions or map app provided by the host and pick up the key by yourself.
Walking times vary depending on the station used. It may take a few extra minutes when carrying luggage for the first time.

   保證金｜Security Deposit

保証金不會在預定過程中收取，但會佔用您信用卡额度。
Q：什麼情況會扣除保証金？
A：退房後如發現物品損壞、丟失、嚴重污漬或未歸還鑰匙，屋主有權在48小時內通過Airbnb收取賠償金。
如無以上情況，則不會扣除保証金。

The security deposit is not charged during booking but will place a hold on your credit card.
Q: When will the deposit be deducted?
A: If damages, loss, serious stains, or failure to return keys are found after check-out, the host may charge compensation within 48 hours via Airbnb.
If none of the above occurs, no deposit will be deducted.
